3M Clear tape is one of the first tapes that most hair wearers used.  It's a clear tape that is used for daily wear, which means that you remove your hair system every day.  It might last more than 1 day depending on perspiration and heat, but not likely.  If you live in a hot, humid area or exercise often, you should try the red or no shine tape for a more secure hold.  Available in many contours as well as rolls.
