Shipping & Payment Policy

We ship our supplies and hair systems throughout the world.

For supplies, the shipping costs are calculated when you are checking out. It is based on a "weight + distance" methodology. The total weight of your order, the location your order is being shipped to and the shipping method you have chosen (USPS Ground or USPS Air) will determine the cost.

International shipping costs are also determined this way.

We are based on the East Coast, so shipping to California is more costly than shipping to New York, as an example.

We offer FREE ground shipping to US Customers for supply orders exceeding $100.00. To select this, please be sure to select the "FREE Ground" shipping method. If you need your $100+ order to be shipped via Air, please select "USPS Air" and the appropriate shipping cost will be calculated.

Shipping to International locations is $23+.

Most orders will ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail to US locations and via USPS International Priority or FedEx for international locations.

NOTE: If your package is returned to us as 'undeliverable', which usually indicates that you did not sign for the package (for hair shipments) or provided us with the wrong shipping address, we will charge you the actual shipping costs to re-ship the items to you. If the client elects to receive a refund for undelivered items, they will receive a refund less original shipping charges paid. If shipping was free due to order size, they will be charged a flat $15 for shipping.

Shipment Labeling - Because we respect your need for privacy, the return address label on your package will show the name "Advent Shipping Dep't" and WILL NOT show the name "Advent Hair" anywhere on the exterior of the package.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept the following forms of payment.

-> MasterCard, Visa, Discover & Diner's Club
-> PayPal
-> Bank Check, Money Order or Personal Check

When paying online with a credit card, you must enter a valid billing address and 3 digit security code (CVV). This information will be validated against the records of the credit card company and if they do not match, your order will be declined.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For shipment of supplies and hair systems to non-US locations, any VAT taxes that are incurred and billed to the recipient by the shipment firm (FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc.) are the responsibility of the recipient. These taxes, if applicable, will not be paid by Advent Hair.

Shipping Information
For domestic orders, we offer both Air & Ground options. Costs depend on weight of package and distance from Boston. You can review the costs during check out.

We also offer FREE Ground Shipping in the US Lower 48 for $100+ orders, but you must select 'FREE Ground Shipping - Lower US 48 - (100 dollar plus orders)' as your shipping choice.

International orders ship via FedEx or EMS, depending on the weight of the package.

Most orders typically ship within 1 day.
