Shipping & Payment Policy

At Advent Hair, we ship wig shampoos and conditioners, wig tape, hair replacement systems, custom made hair pieces, and other products throughout the world. We are dedicated to giving you the best shopping experience possible and for your reference, we’ve provided our shipping policy information below so that you understand what goes into shipping your hair replacement system, wig care supplies, or other products.

For wig shampoos, wig conditioners, wig tape, and hair replacement system care supplies, the shipping costs are calculated when you are checking out. It is based on a "weight + distance" methodology. The total weight of your order, the location your order is being shipped to and the shipping method you have chosen (USPS Ground or USPS Air) will determine the cost. We are based on the East Coast, so shipping to California is more costly than shipping to New York, as an example.

International shipping costs are also determined this way. Shipping to International locations is $23+.

We offer FREE ground shipping to US Customers for supply orders exceeding $100.00. To select this, be sure to enter the coupon code, FREESHIP, when checking out. We will ship your order via USPS or FedEx Ground.

Most orders will ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail to US locations and via USPS International Priority or FedEx for international locations.

NOTE: If your package is returned to us as 'undeliverable', which usually indicates that you did not sign for the package (for hair shipments) or provided us with the wrong shipping address, we will charge you the actual shipping costs to re-ship the items to you. If the client elects to receive a refund for undelivered items, they will receive a refund less original shipping charges paid. If shipping was free due to order size, they will be charged a flat $15 for shipping.

Shipment Labeling - Because we respect your need for privacy, the return address label on your package will show the name "Advent Shipping Dep't" and WILL NOT show the name "Advent Hair" anywhere on the exterior of the package.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept the following forms of payment.
-> MasterCard, Visa, Discover & Diner's Club
-> PayPal
-> Bank Check, Money Order or Personal Check

When paying online with a credit card, you must enter a valid billing address and 3 digit security code (CVV). This information will be validated against the records of the credit card company and if they do not match, your order will be declined.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For shipment of supplies and hair systems to non-US locations, any VAT taxes that are incurred and billed to the recipient by the shipment firm (FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc.) are the responsibility of the recipient. These taxes, if applicable, will not be paid by Advent Hair.
