It can be applied directly to the polyurethane perimeter of your hairpiece and/or to hairpiece tape, then affixed to your scalp.

This is the same adhesive that Hair Club uses for their PolyFuse Perimeter Bond Attachment.  All you need is Sensi-Tak Red tape and Vapon No Tape and you can do your own bonds for a fraction of the cost and ultimate convenience.
