A hair system can come in many different varieties; the amount on the market today can be astounding. With bases that offer the most natural-looking hair possible, you can get a hair system that looks exactly like your natural hair. A hair system's base can come in many different designs, depending on your own personal preferences. The standard base design is a fine mono base, made of a lightweight nylon, allowing for breathability and strength. You can choose the material the frontal hairline is made of--usually either scalloped polyurethane, french lace or glass silk.
If you are looking for a flawless fit then an all lace base may be your best bet. Since the entire base is made of lace, it can be cut to any shape for maximum fitting results. Another good alternative for the perfect base fit is the all skin base which is made of a thin veil of polyurethane. It molds to the head, allowing for breathability with its porous materials.
CTR and THR bases are made of a thin layer of skin that feels like your actual scalp. Hair can be inserted into the base at varying angles in order to fully mimic natural hair. There is also a super skin base which takes the CTR system and puts an extra layer of silicon on top. The super skin base is widely known as the best system available.
