FREE US GROUND SHIPPING We offer FREE Ground Shipping in the US Lower 48 States (excludes HI & AK) for $100+ orders, but you must enter the coupon code - FREESHIP - during checkout to receive free shipping. COUPONS We frequently email coupon code to our registered clients. To redeem a coupon, simply enter the coupon code during check out. You can ONLY use one coupon code per purchase. QUICK BUY (aka VIEW DETAILS) When you move your mouse across a supply picture, the phrase "VIEW DETAILS" will appear. Click on it and window will pop-up that allows you to quickly add an item to the cart and REMAIN on the same page. The supply will be added to the MINI CART, located in the upper right corner of the page. This feature saves you a ton of time when shopping, as 99% of the web sites out there force you to select an item, add to cart, see the cart, continue shopping, etc. That's old technology! MINI CART No longer is it necessary to leave the page that you are on when buying an item. Simply do a QUICK BUY or ADD TO CART and wham, your item is in the cart and you're ready to keep shopping. You can edit/delete any items in the MINI CART and when you check-out, you also can modify the carts contents before payment. FAVORITE ITEMS This is an incredible time saver! As you look at an item, you'll notice the ADD TO CART and ADD TO MY FAVORITES buttons. This feature allows you to add those items that you always buy and need to re-order every few months. On subsequent visits, simply LOG-IN, go to MY FAVORITE ITEMS and quickly select your favorite items and add them to the cart. No longer, do you have search for that particular tape contour or bonding adhesive that you love to use! MY ACCOUNT This feature allows you to enter your shipping & billing addresses ONLY, so that on subsequent visits, all you need to do is LOG-IN and your ship/bill addresses will populate the order form. You must create a log-in account to have your own personal, private FAVORITE ITEMS list. NOTE: We do not store your payment information. GUARANTEECustom built and stock hair systems are guaranteed to match the specifications that the client requests. For example, the color, hair density, base size, material and hair wave will match what the client asks for. Despite this guarantee, if the client still chooses to return the hair system, our refund policy is as follows; Custom units - we will either rebuild the hair system or refund 50% of the purchase price Stock units - we will refund 75% of the purchase price NOTE: The hair system must be returned to us in its original condition. If it has been combed, cut and/or washed, there will be no refund. PRODUCT AVAILABILITYRETURNS & REFUNDSAny unopened supply items may be returned within 10 days for a refund of the purchase price paid LESS a 15% re-stocking fee. You are not reimbursed for the original shipping fee paid nor the shipping fees incurred to return the item(s) to us.A stock unit returned within 10 days of receipt AND in an unused condition will be charged a 25% restock fee. After 10 days, you own it. If you received free shipping, then the actual shipping costs we incurred shipping the items to you will also be deducted.
